How can I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment with Dr. Courtney Morris in various ways:

Once Courtney receives your email, she will contact you about setting a time that works best for you!

Do I need a physician's referral?

Texas has a policy called Direct Access, which enables clients to seek out medical advice/assessments to non-M.D. clinicians (i.e., doctorate of physical therapy). As of September 2025, the patient can be seen and treated by the doctor of physical therapy for up to 30 business days. After the 30 business days, patients will need to obtain a physician's referral to continue skilled physical therapy and interventions.

What should I expect during my first visit?

During the first visit, you will undergo a comprehensive assessment to identify your specific needs, followed by a discussion of your personalized treatment plan and available options that are best suited to your needs. Using our three-phase progression model (Remove-Reset-Reform), Dr. Courtney Morris will guide you through each phase with injury-specific and sport/activity-specific interventions to ultimately get you back to pain-free living.

What are the payment options?
