Off The Court Fitness & Wellness, LLC is a cash-pay, concierge physical therapy clinic that specializes in providing personalized care that addresses your unique physical limitations, as well as assists with the mental barriers that come with injury or recovery. Our dedicated team employs a range of therapeutic interventions, evidence-based practices, mindfulness techniques, and pain management techniques to enhance your overall well-being.

Both our physical therapy sessions and performance and wellness sessions are one-on-one, evidence-based, and built around

physical therapy sessions focus on healing from injury and restoring movement, while our
performance and wellness sessions help you stay strong, mobile, and injury-free — keeping you at your best both
on and off the court.
MEET YOUR DOCTOR
Courtney is a licensed physical therapist in Midland, Texas, as well as a wife and mother. She founded Off The Court Fitness & Wellness, LLC to provide personalized care and support for people in the Midland-Odessa region. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in physical therapy, dry needling, manual therapy techniques, and other preventative strategies to help you achieve your personal health goals within her scope of practice.
After receiving her B.S. in Kinesiology at Southwestern University (Georgetown, TX), Courtney received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (Belton, TX). She has been practicing as a clinician since February 2020, with four years in outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine, and currently (as of April 2024) in inpatient rehabilitation with more of the neuromuscular population.
Courtney spent two and half months in Dublin, Ireland for a sports medicine physiotherapy internship (Sports Med Ireland) prior to starting her doctorate program. Since graduation, Courtney has continued expanding her education and clinical skills in manual therapy (IAOM), dry needling (Structure and Function), and holds her Emergency Response for Athletes certification through Cognent Steps, LLC.
