Better Health on Tap is a monthly, community-focused Q&A series designed to make conversations about health, movement, and wellness more accessible, engaging, and fun!
Hosted by Off The Court Fitness & Wellness, LLC, this series brings local healthcare professionals and residents together inside a relaxed brewery setting to learn, connect, and ask real-life questions -- without the pressure of a clinical environment.
Thanks to our partners at Tall City Brewing Co., we will be hosting this series on the first Thursday of every month from 6-7pm CST (during fall/winter seasons), and 7-8pm CST (during spring/summer seasons) to accommodate for the 432 Run Crew's 5K Brew Runs (what's better than an ice cold beverage after a nice run?!)
All ages are welcome (there are non-alcoholic beverages available as well), and $2 off your drinks when you participate in conversation!
Through open conversation, practical tips, and community collaboration, Better Health on Tap aims to empower people with knowledge they can use immediately--while fostering stronger community ties and encouraging proactive, preventative care.
Good company. Good beer. Better health -- on tap.
Each month highlights a new topic related to improving daily movement, reducing pain, enhancing performance, or supporting long-term wellness. From injury prevention and recovery strategies to nutrition, sleep, stress, women's health... the sessions are built around what YOU want to learn!
*Schedule will update regularly once new information is available!
