Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at courtney@offthecourtfitnesswellness.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

You can schedule an appointment with Dr. Courtney Morris in various ways:

  • set up a free phone consultation (Discovery Call),
  • use the contact form on this website, or
  • schedule directly through the PtEverywhere portal once you have set up your free account

Once Courtney receives your email/inquiry, she will contact you about setting up a time that works best for you.

Off The Court Fitness & Wellness, LLC treats a wide range of injuries and conditions, including sports injuries, chronic pain, post-operative rehabilitation, mobility limitations, and some neuromuscular conditions (case-by-case basis).

If Dr. Courtney Morris isn't the right clinician for you, she will help you find the appropriate provider for your specific condition!

Texas has a policy called Direct Access, which enables clients to seek out medical advice/assessments to non-M.D. clinicians (i.e., doctor of physical therapy). As of September 2025, the patient can be seen and treated by a DPT for up to 30 business days. After the 30 business days, patients will need to obtain a physician's referral to continue skilled physical therapy services.

*However, with performance-related sessions, since insurance does not cover strength and conditioning/preventative techniques and services, a physician's script is NOT required for these services. Dr. Courtney Morris will clarify which route you will need to take based on her clinical assessment (i.e., physical therapy or performance/wellness).

During the first visit, you will undergo a comprehensive assessment to identify your specific needs, followed by a discussion of your personalized treatment plan and available options that are best suited to your needs.

Using our three-phase progression model (Remove-Reset-Reform), Dr. Courtney Morris will guide you through each phase with injury-specific and sport/activity-specific interventions to ultimately get you back to pain-free living.

Reach out for more information regarding provided services and fees for each service (432-306-7558).

This is a cash-pay service, so NO insurance will be accepted.

We accept card, cash, check, and Venmo. We also accept HSA/FSA accounts through our CardPointe system, as well as pick up transaction fees for credit cards/Venmo payments.

Payment plans are available upon request (up to 3 payment periods).

Comfortable clothing you can move in (athletic wear is perfect). Make sure to bring appropriate clothing for soft tissue/dry needling sessions in order for the clinician to access the targeted areas.

The physical therapy/performance sessions are 60 minutes duration, where as other sessions (soft tissue/dry needling, VO2 max, etc.) can be anywhere from 30-45 minutes duration.

All sessions are 1:1 with your clinician!

Physical therapy focuses on pain-related and injury rehabilitation, whereas performance/wellness focuses on building strength, movement and long-term durability (typically without injury). Many clients transition from physical therapy to performance/wellness sessions.
