What It Is:
Proactive, movement-focused sessions designed to optimize strength, mobility, and performance while preventing injuries. Unlike traditional physical therapy, they are not tied to an injury or diagnosis, allowing more flexibility in programming and progressions. Think of them as your bridge between rehab and peak performance -- these sessions do not require a physician's referral since not related to injury.
Unless requested by the patient, these sessions are 60 minutes in duration.
How It Works:
A licensed physical therapist evaluates your movement patterns, identifies areas for improvement, and develops a personalized program. Sessions may include strength & conditioning, mobility work, functional exercises, agility training, and sport-specific performance training.
